Beginning with California Manufacturing in the 1940s, Ellen Brin (CEO of Dakota Grizzly) and her brother-in-law Rob Rosenblum followed in their grandfather’s clothing manufacturing footsteps by starting the Dakota Grizzly clothing brand. The intention when starting Dakota Grizzly was to design a line of clothing that would honor their family’s heritage, while remaining accessibly mid-priced and well-made.
